Who is this workshop for?
Behaviour support practitioners, psychologists, educators, support workers and other allied health professionals wanting a deeper understanding of behaviour diversity.

Learning outcomes:

• Reflect on perspectives of behaviour and understanding of diversity.
• Observe, listen to and understand body communication (body language as well as behaviours of concern).
• Understand the ‘why’ behind AAC approaches for clients to enable communication rather
  than behaviour.
• What next? How to suggest and model alternatives when appropriate.
