In this talk you hear about the way in which Tom's autonomy was supported to ensure that he was supported to make decisions about his own life.
The speaker, Jo, emphasises the importance of respecting autonomy and ensuring we do what we can to give our students control over their lives.
If we start this at a very early age, imagine how much practice they will get at making decisions and living their life in a way in which they choose.
