Funding services

Two Way Street can provide services to participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) who self manage their funds or use a plan manager. For more information visit the NDIS website.

Speech pathology services can be claimed through most private health funds. Please contact your private health fund to confirm details of your coverage, and what details are required to make a claim.

We provide services under the Chronic Disease Management Medicare items (formerly Enhanced Primary Care Program or EPC). Contact your GP or go to the Department of Health website for information on speech pathology services.

Waitlist for services

We have an extensive waitlist and try our best to provide support to as many people as possible. To join our waitlist, please complete the form at the link below.

Completing this form will not guarantee you receive services from Two Way Street, but it will enable us to allocate services when spaces become available. We will also use this information to share with you other types of programs that may be beneficial outside of direct 1:1 services. For example: groups, consultations to other service providers, workshops and online programs.

We appreciate that it is difficult to find services and manage times, but please be assured that we are doing our best to support as many people as we can.

Important information for NDIS partcipants:
We are only able to provide services to NDIS participants who are plan or self managed.
