Michelle has a background spanning research project administration, speech pathology and disability support work, bringing together project coordination expertise, practical experience, and a commitment to creating more accessible and inclusive environments.
She has joined the Two Way Street team as a Program Coordinator, supporting inclusive communities projects to improve communication access.
Michelle is currently completing a Master of Business Administration and brings a collaborative and solutions-focused approach to her work, connecting people, ideas and practical strategies to support meaningful outcomes. She enjoys working alongside organisations and communities to translate goals into action and create more inclusive experiences for all people.
In her spare time, you’ll often find Michelle exploring new hobbies as she loves learning new skills and is always eager to try something new. Currently she’s teaching herself to knit, having recently given sewing a try.
