Michaela has extensive experience spanning marketing, sales, business development, and customer experience. She ensures that Two Way Street runs like a well-oiled machine overseeing all aspects of the business. She has a Master of Business Administration and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Michaela’s son uses AAC, and through her family’s experience she has developed a strong passion for inclusive schools and communities. Armed with first-hand knowledge, she is a keen advocate and fantastic asset to Two Way Street. She has presented nationally and locally at conferences, organisation-based trainings, in the Two Way Street inclusive education lecture series, and facilitated national research focus groups. She is a consumer advocate for the Women’s and Children’s Health Network, provides leadership and insight on projects within the sector, and is treasurer of a community childcare.
When she’s not wearing any of the above hats, you can find Michaela spotting koalas with her three children, reading books, or listening to podcasts about books!
