Raylene brings extensive experience in marketing, communications and operational leadership to Two Way Street. In addition to leading marketing and office functions, she currently serves as Acting Operations Manager, supporting the organisation through a period of transition and growth. Known for her strengths in planning, organisation and clear communication, Raylene plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while strengthening the visibility and impact of Two Way Street’s services.
Having worked across a range of industries – from large international organisations to small, community-focused businesses, Raylene brings a practical, people-centred approach to improving systems, processes and ways of working. Her background in the disability sector, combined with a strong belief in the power of effective communication, aligns closely with Two Way Street’s purpose and values.
Raylene is passionate about creating environments where teams are supported to do their best work and where communication leads to better outcomes for individuals, families and the broader community. She is proud to contribute to Two Way Street’s vision of a world where communication brings opportunity for everyone.
Outside of work, Raylene enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons – often on the sidelines of weekend sport – catching up with friends at favourite breakfast spots, and exploring local walking trails. She’s also the family holiday planner, with Western Australia high on the list of future adventures.
