Raylene brings a strong background in marketing, communications and event management to Two Way Street. She loves the creative outlet of marketing and has always been a planner and organiser. Her diverse experience in large, international organisations to small local businesses helps Raylene to continually improve operations at Two Way Street and ensure market visibility for those looking for our services. 

While Raylene has held positions in various industries, it was her foray into the disability sector that led her to Two Way Street. Having previously collaborated with organisations in the disability sector, Raylene connected with the purposeful pursuit of Two Way Street. Being a strong believer in good communication affecting good outcomes, Raylene loves working towards our vision of a world where communication brings opportunity for everyone.

When she’s not at Two Way Street, you’ll find Raylene spending time with her husband and two sons at their sporting events, or out with friends at a number of favourite brekkie spots. She loves exploring walking tracks in the hills and very carefully riding her mountain bike (not much of a dare-devil!). She’s always planning somewhere fun to take the family on holiday, with travelling to the western top end of Australia next on her list.
